In line with current Government legislation, the Merchant Hotel will be closed to non-residents from 26th December. To book an overnight stay, please do so via our website or by emailing reservations@themerchanthotel.com.
E-gift experience vouchers due to expire during the time we are closed will automatically be extended to 31st October 2021. Monetary gift cards and e-vouchers purchased after 2015 are now valid for 7 years.
