We have a strict one wedding per day policy ensuring that you and your guests are our sole focus. A wealth of facilities and services in-house are complemented by our very carefully selected wedding vendors. Do you accommodate smaller celebrations?

We can accommodate celebrations of all sizes and have a variety of smaller private dining and event spaces ideal for more intimate gatherings.

Do minimum numbers of guests apply?

Minimum numbers only apply for Fridays, Saturdays and specific dates throughout December which are outlined within our rate grid. There can be some flexibility for shorter lead in dates, no minimum numbers apply for bookings Sunday to Thursday.

Can you get married within the hotel?

Yes, we are a licensed venue in which you can hold your wedding ceremony. Our team can further discuss types of ceremonies that are possible.

Can you book to have your ceremony at the hotel without having a meal or reception?

We are delighted to host a ceremony only and have a variety of event spaces available for such. Generally, if wishing for only your ceremony within the hotel, this would be offered Sunday to Thursday however the team can advise on this depending on the lead in time.

Do I need to have a wedding planner?

You will have a dedicated co-ordinator within the hotel to co-ordinate all aspects and elements of your celebration within the hotel element. If you feel you would like assistance with external planning such as your ceremony, transport and vendors then you may wish to have a wedding planner.

Do you offer bespoke packages and menus?

Yes absolutely, we can work with you on a bespoke wedding package and menu.

Do you have all-inclusive packages?

We do not offer all-inclusive packages however do have a recommend supplier list with trusted vendors. There is no obligation to book these vendors however they may give you some ideas of styles of vendors you wish for.

Does the hotel have a car park?

We do not have car parking attached to the hotel however do offer a valet service or self-park options for any residents staying overnight with us.

Do you offer a late bar add-on?

The bar within your dedicated event space will close at 1am Monday to Saturday and 12 midnight on Sundays. We do not offer a dedicated late bar option for wedding guests. For any residents of the hotel, there is a bar available until 2am Monday to Saturday and until 1am Sundays. This is strictly for guests staying overnight.

Do you offer packages for second day celebrations?

Yes, we have a variety of events spaces and packages ideal for second day celebrations, our team can discuss these further with you.

Do you offer a dressing room or bedroom for the night prior?

We are delighted to offer a lounge style event room ideal for getting ready the morning of the wedding. Alternatively, a popular option is to book a bedroom and stay the night prior.

Are there locations for photographs throughout the hotel?

We have a variety of stunning locations for photographs throughout the hotel and the Cathedral Quarter also provides a fantastic back drop for photographs. A variety of locations can be viewed within our Wedding Gallery and can also be viewed during a show round.
