Wonderfully light and well-proportioned, The Rita Duffy Suite is ideal for press events, product launches, fashion shows, meetings, conferences, breakfast meetings, lunch and dinner parties, and evening receptions for up to 150 people.
The Brian Ballard Room and its counterpart the Jonathan Aiken Room are ideal for breakfast meetings, lunch and dinner parties, meetings, drinks receptions, or as a breakout room with the main conference taking place in the Rita Duffy Suite.
The Rita Duffy Room 1 is ideal for smaller meetings, conferences, lunch and dinner parties, evening receptions and smaller weddings. It can also be used in conjunction with the other two sections of the Rita Duffy Suite for breakout sessions.
The Rita Duffy Room 2 is ideal for smaller meetings, lunch and dinner parties or evening receptions. It can also be used in conjunction with the other two sections of the Rita Duffy Suite for breakout sessions.
The Rita Duffy Room 3 is ideal for smaller meetings, lunch and dinner parties or evening receptions. It can also be used in conjunction with the other two sections of the Rita Duffy Suite for breakout sessions.
The Alan Quigley Room is the only room in our Meetings and Events space to offer the Victorian styling of the original building.
This area is the ideal location for drinks receptions, as an exhibition space or as a registration area for your delegates upon arrival. It also works well for breaks, lunches and breakout sessions.
All of our events rooms are fitted with 50” screens and cable connections for laptop, ipad or other tablets.
Stay connected with our excellent wireless internet connection available throughout our entire events floor.
To ensure a quick response from our events staff we have a personal pager system in place for the event organiser.
Studies show that different lighting effects our minds and our bodies in different ways. Our advanced lighting system allows you to control the lighting colours in the room to suit your content, the time of day or the mood you wish your delegates to be in. We are happy to help you choose the colours that are right for your session!
