The Great Room Restaurant lies at the heart of The Merchant Hotel. Our chefs search tirelessly to create innovate menus featuring the finest seasonal ingredients, which has resulted in the restaurant being awarded 2 AA Rosettes – one of the most prestigious honours granted for culinary excellence. All this is complemented by an extensive 200+ bottle wine list and expert service.
The Great Room Restaurant offers breakfast, lunch, afternoon tea and dinner. We highly recommend booking in advance to avoid disappointment, especially for weekend bookings and afternoon tea.
