Parking
Bringing your car to The Merchant Hotel? Self-parking is available at a discounted rate of £15 per night in GO Car Park on High Street for hotel guests. GO Park opening hours are 7am to 11pm Monday to Sunday. Please be aware GO Park will only be accessible during the opening hours. We will validate your ticket on check-out.
There are also a number of other multi-story car parks within easy walking distance - these include:
- St. Anne's Square
- Donegall Quay Parking
- Q Park in Victoria Square

As part of the 5-star service we offer to our guests, Valet Parking can now be reserved for residents at the cost of £39 per car, per night (with an allocation of one car per room). Cars are received at the main entrance on 16 Skipper Street, from 3pm, where our concierge will greet you, handle your luggage and assist with valet parking your car.
Please note that valet parking is available until 12 noon check out time on the day of your departure. Self-parking can be booked upon check-in but valet parking must be booked in advance as spaces are limited so please contact our Reservations Department on 028 9023 4888 or email reservations@themerchanthotel.com if you would like valet parking added to your stay.
Chauffeur Services
We are here to make your travel needs easier. Whether it’s sightseeing tours, a business meeting or a shopping spree, our chauffeur service is available to take you to and from your destination in comfort. We can also arrange airport transfers via Executive Car or Mercedes People Carrier.
