At The Merchant Hotel we know that technology can make or break an event. We are happy to work with you to understand all of your technological requirements to ensure your event runs as smoothly as possible.
All of our meeting rooms include a range of features to ensure your delegates are relaxed, refreshed and ready for your meeting. These features include:
- 50” Plasma Screens - To ensure all of your delegates can see your content all of the rooms within The Event Space are fitted with 50” screens and cable connections for laptop, ipad or other tablets.
- Complimentary WiFi - We have recently installed a new dedicated 100mb fibre optic content to ensure excellent wireless internet connection throughout The Event Space
- Personal pager system for the event organiser - To ensure a quick response from our events staff we have a personal pager system in place for the event organiser.
- Advanced colour psychology lighting system - Studies show that different lighting effects our minds and our bodies in different ways. Our advanced lighting system allows you to control the lighting colours in the room to suit your content, the time of day or the mood you wish your delegates to be in. We are happy to help you choose the colours that are right for your session!
- Fully adjustable air conditioning and heating with purification system - Rather than simply recirculate the air our intelligent purification system filters and cleans, ensuring the removal of dust, allergens and bacteria. This allows delegates to stay alert and refreshed throughout the day.
