The Great Room Restaurant will be offering a Graduation menu from Monday 1st July to Friday 6th July and from Monday 8th July to Thursday 11th July 2013. NOT AVAILABLE ON SATURDAY 6TH OR SUNDAY 7TH JULY 2013. The menu will be available all day and will be a 3 courses menu including side orders with main course and tea or coffee. In celebration of the renovation of our Roof Garden The Merchant Hotel is launching a Pop-up Rooftop Alpine Lodge which will be available to book for private parties of 40 or more from November 2013 until the end of March 2014. With mulled wine or mulled cider upon arrival, and heart warming delights such as Daube Beef Bourginon, Pot-au-Feu, Quail au Vin and Tartiflette – the Pop-up Rooftop Alpine Lodge will be a winter wonderland for the discerning and not to be missed. The addition of a state-of-the-art retractable roof will allow guests to enjoy Belfast’s only Roof Garden, with panoramic views of city, all year round - no matter what the weather!
